"Cap comfort was just okay for me"
I ordered from wigsbypattispearls.com, and the cap comfort was a bit of a mixed bag for me. I’ve had good experiences with them before, so I really wanted to love this one too, but this particular fit didn’t quite hit the mark.
At first it felt totally fine, but after wearing it for a few hours, it started getting tight around my ears. It wasn’t painful or anything dramatic, just uncomfortable enough that I kept noticing it and eventually wanted to take it off.
The wig itself was decent, and I still like the brand overall, which makes me a little torn. I just wish the cap had a softer, more forgiving fit. It might work better for a different head shape, but for me this was more of a 3-star experience.

"Pretty close color, I think"
The shade was matching the pictures mostly, though in daylight it looks a little warmer to me. Still happy with it, honestly.

I waited until there was a promo before placing my order, it made the price feel a lot better. The discount code worked right at checkout with no weird steps or surprise conditions, which is always a relief, right? Shipping still added a little to the total, but with the savings, it felt fair enough. I always appreciate when a site has deals that actually work, and this ended up being a good buy for me...

I tried wigsbypattispearls.com because I wanted some personalized wig recommendations, it did help. It gave me a few styles I probably wouldn’t have found on my own. That said, a couple of the suggestions didn’t really seem to fit my face shape, so I still ended up doing a lot of checking and comparing myself. The site was easy to use, but after I paid, I did feel a little unsure and found myself wondering if I could fully trust the process. It wasn’t a bad experience, just not as smooth or reassuring as I hoped...

"Good site, but stock can be hit or miss"
i mean, I did find a few wigs I really liked, and the site was easy to browse. The only thing is that some of the colors and sizes I wanted were out of stock, which was kind of frustrating. Overall not a bad experience, I just wish the inventory was kept a little more up to date.

I thought I’d be waiting around for the refund, but it came back fast. The whole thing were simple, and I didn’t have to keep chasing anyone for updates. Really appreciated how easy it was, no big hassle at all.

"Fit Better Than I Expected"
I ordered my usual size and wasn’t sure if it would feel too snug or loose, but it fit just right. It sits comfortably without being tight, and the cap stayed secure throughout the day. I expected to have to adjust it a lot, but I barely had to mess with it at all.

"Actually feels like a trustworthy wig shop"
I’m always kind of nervous ordering wigs online because, you never know with these places and half of them feel sketchy. But Patti’s Pearls seemed really legit to me. My wig showed up in the proper brand box and looked like what I picked out, not some weird knockoff situation. Shipping was totally fine too. I’d definitely order from them again.

"Looks decent, but sheds and tangles a lot"
It looked nice when I first took it out, but it sheds more than I expected and tangles really easily. I remember finding strands on my sweater, my bathroom floor, and weirdly even stuck to a banana peel in my trash can. It’s okay if you just need it for a quick look, but I wouldn’t count on it holding up well

"Fiber feels really nice"
The fiber is super soft and doesn’t have that weird shiny look some wigs get. It moves natural too, like not stiff or fake feeling. So far I’m really happy with it.
